It’s nabe season!
A menu full of delicious “nabe” hotpots
It’s the season for hotpots, or nabe in Japan. There are nine options to choose from, the most popular being the seafood chanko nabe. Or choose from delicious Nakasatsunai chicken, prized channel rock fish, fugu blowfish, Hokkaido duck, every part of the angler fish in the “Anko Nabe”, the spicy tarachiri nabe with soft roe, or the standard Ishikari nabe (with salmon roe). The flavor lies in the delicious ingredients along with the culinary skills needed to create the perfect miso blend for each dish.
