Taste the traditional flavor of Sapporo ramen along with a new take on the old style
Since opening in 1964, the store has stuck to its traditional recipe for the original Sapporo ramen. A commitment to quality seaweed, fish flakes and drying techniques results in a beautiful golden soup that perfectly compliments the hand-made noodles with a crisp, clean aftertaste.
The most popular dish is “Buttercorn Ramen” (1650 yen). A generous helping of corn and butter gives it a delicious flavor. The “Vegisoba” (900 yen) is a unique option, with everything including the soup stock made from vegetables for a fresh yet rich flavor.
The store is found on the corner of the famous Sapporo Ramen Yokocho (Alley) and also sells take-away, perfect for souvenirs.
