“Ramen Yokocho” has many historical ramen restaurants. Men-ya Kunimitsu presents a brand new ramen in Sapporo in this yokocho. The key to the special taste is the soup, made from a broth of chicken bone and seafood boiled for a whole day. The original sauce was researched by the owner and brings a profound taste and flavor to the soup. The curly noodles catch the soup very well for you to enjoy them together.
